Project: Content Strategy and Information architecture redesign
Background
This redesign project was completed during the Content Strategy and Information Architecture course at UC Berkley Extension college. Wacom.com was chosen as a subject for this redesign because it has a lot of various types of content - sales, support, business, etc; 
Goals of the course project:
- Explore different types of content and how they affect UX of the website
- Identify painpoints that exist on the current website (whether content related or IA related) and explore possible solutions
- Propose new website IA that will solve existing painpoints
KPIs:
- Tree test results
Challenges:
- Relatively large amount of various content
- Multiple user categories
- Limited access to test subjects (results maybe one-sided)
- Time and resources were limited due to it being a school project
Deliverables:
- Content audit and findings deck
- User persona
- Sitemaps and wireframes
